This is our interpretation of the Veggie Meal described in Dr. Billinghurst's first book "Give Your Dog a Bone". The amounts shown will feed 3 50-60 pound dogs.

Here are the ingredients:

1 lb. fresh vegetables and fruit
1 clove garlic
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1500mg Ester-C
50mg B-complex
50mg Zinc
1/4 teaspoon kelp
1/4 teaspoon alfalfa

This is what the vegetable/fruit pulp looks like after it's gone through the juicer. We don't put the garlic through the juicer because it tends to give a "hot" flavor when juiced. Some dogs may not like this. Instead, the garlic is finely chopped and added to this mixture. Add all of the juice from the juicer into the mixture.
Mix in all of the remaining ingredients and this is what you get.
